A question to the GM's about my request of a refund for the extendable spear i bought

Asaline, you said you won't be refunding me for the spear i bought as it was my mistake. May i ask why you cannot simply do 1 refund? The reason i did not ask any questions before i bought the Athana's Fate spear is because it did not say what level it was, which now i know is due to the item pak (so really, although it's my mistake, i wouldn't have bought it if the item pak didn't hide the level of the spear), so i thought 'oh it doesn't have a level cap on it, that means i can use it with ABG'. I did not have any questions to ask because i thought it was going to work. I'm pretty sure it is within your power to refund this sort of mistake, and as i said i understand if i, or any other person, was requesting it multiple times, but u won't even do it once? Really, is it too much to ask to undo one mistake? I'm having to throw away 1500 credits due to this which u can probably simply undo (as i said, only once - i can understand the cheating aspect of it if me/someone was asking for refunds multiple times) ...

 

If they do your "1 refund" then everyone else that makes a similar mistake will obviously say, "you did it for that other guy so do it for me to", obviously you can see the problem with this? Or maybe you don't >> Just trade it, I'm sure someone will want it.

 

Because if they give an exception, then everyone will request for an exception for their own faults.

 

keep the spear, fuse it with EGT/EAT.

and trade in the abg spear - which is actually crap now since 2.7

 

they do refunding only if it's because of server mistake/error/glitched/bug, afaik.
it was your mistake, so no refund. get over it and try to trade it to someone as temarii said.~

 

LOL its your mistake buying it in the 1st place, why would Asaline give you a refund that even Carl dont give a shit at.

 

you know before you buy anything u can go to aiondatabase and check the item first if your not sure about it and there's no such thing as "doesnt have level cap" every item has a lvl X_X as for your spear just keep it when the special shop is gone u can trade it for more than 1.5k credits

 

It's not a matter of choice in regards to whether or not Asaline would/n't process a refund for you. It is GamezNetwork policy. Closed.
