    In front of some device with internet connection.
    I'm doing "Glaciont the Hardy" and i need to kill "Chillblow" to finish the quest but "Chillblow" doesn't spawn, im waiting a long time now and nothing, this also happens with other quests, what should i do?

    I did that in lumiel 3 days ago.. everything was fine there.in siel probably you have to wait for a server restart or a HAM to respawn the mob
