Not received 90 voting points

Hi,

What do you do when you don't receive voting points and credits?

I haven't received 90 voting points and no kinah, probably some bug.

We're you logged in your account on the site when you voted, and we're you logged out in-game for atleast 5 minutes before you voted so you can receive your kinah?

 

dont forget writing your chars name right

 

And it must be ingame char not account name.

 

I was on vacation for 3 days now so I haven't played the game. I voted from the reception ;-) but somehow I've received any kinah or voting points. I don't care so much for kinah but for voting points I do care, because I voted and not received any credit for that.

 

i don t event log-in my account and i still get vp if i write my name ^^ ..so i think is a bug or maybe a wrong name from you

 

I wish I could help but honestly theres not much I can do on the matter. Really I'm not sure that you'll really be able to get the vote points unfortunately, since Carl would have to be the one to add them to you and it'd be a bit difficult for him to verify that you didn't get them and why.

Best of luck to you but again none of the GMs can really assist you, only Carl and I can't say how much he'll be willing to do.

You don't need to be logged in to receive credits. I vote without logging in all the time and still get credits.

 

I know that, but it's safe to log on still. It might have been bugged for him.
