Im New just Download Game and Having PROBLEMS PLZ HELP

Hello to who ever is reading this I'm a new Player my Friend told me about this game and i always wanted to play it well i download the game and follow the GUIDE that was provide on HOME i download NCSoft and then download AION it download and install perfectly no error came up then i download the GamezAion launcher and it also download and install perfectly now when i open GamezAion that is located on cProgram File/NCsoft/Aion i click it and it open good but then on the Right button part were it say SERVER STATUS it say ( OFFLINE ) i click STAR GAME and it load good and ask me for me ACC/Password so i enter them and right after i click connect a error box apear saying ( Cannot Connect to the Authorization Server ) so no idea i ask my friend and some say i have a version that is no good BTW my version is 2.7.0.1 and they say they have 2.7.0.0 so no idea i try it all i could found and nothing i even was going to redownload the game and star all over but idk why if everything went good? plz i will love to play the game and i will love to hear some answer from u guys!! thx

The version you have is good, but might I ask, is your firewall blocking it?

yea, run ur ncsoft launcher and check the options. the region settings have to be set to north america. if it was set to europe, switch and right click aion in the games list there and repair

 

yes my Ncsoft is on ( NORTH AMERICA ) i have repair it many time and still noth what i do is i repair ir and redownload the launcher or i just repair it and try to get it with same launcher that wa son AION and nothing hapend still giving me same error now ALBULL say something about firewall well idk about that and idk how how to check that i even redownload the game like 4 hour ago i unistall AION and redownload it 4 hour ago also the GamezAion Launcher and still nothing same error come up Saying ( Cannot Connect to the authorization server ) so idk everything seem good!!!!_

Well first of all dont type everything in one line,its hard to read

And uh for the firewall,try turning it off and run GamezAion,see if it works

Turning off Windows Firewall
Go to Control Panel
Click Windows Firewall
On the left panel,click Turn Windows Firewall on or off
Check Turn Off Windows Firewall in both Home/Private and Public Network
Click OK

-Firewall was turn off and nothing repair and i run the launcher and nothing
-i been asking friend and they have no ideas what wrong
-one solution they told me was to ask some one to upload they aion folder and send it to me but idk i dont know no one that can help me out with that so yeah
- i been looking for help all day and nothing i rly want to play! i also have delete and intall AION around 3 times still nothing

nothing nothing -.- still errr is coming up now a friend of my send me thei launcher to test is call Launcher.bat and when i run ir i saw this error coming up and no idea -.-

hmmmppp donwload in websites but need to patch for the new version...

 

nothing still with same problem i have read the entire forum today i been doing all stuff and still no fixing idk what to do next !

 

i think your file was corrupt

 

what im going to do is delete everything and redownload the game hope it work

 

check ur pm. also i dont think simply reinstalling will help u since u just got a clean copy (assuming u download through the ncsoft launcher)

 

yes i did i went to Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server and follow the guide that is on right botton part in there it tell me to download ncsoft and then download AION i also PM u back

 

I too am having this problem. I've followed the prompts on the website, disabled my firewall and still nothing.

hello guys ! do you have something like peerguardian or peerblock installed in your computer? that can block acces to server.... check it pls

 

I do not. There is nothing that's active that could block access to the game server.
I mean, I can log in and reach the server selection screen. the moment I click on anything, a prompt shows up "No game server to connect to authorization server". I can't for the life of me figure this out.
