Purchased 25$ worth of credits and didn't receive them.

    I had purchased 25$ worth of credits on 12/28/2011 using a pre-paid visa credit card I have waited about 40-50 minutes and i still don't have the credits i don't know if this is where I should post this its my first time posting. I checked the prepaid credit card and i have had 25$ deducted from the card =(.

    Greetings,

    Same happened to me two weeks ago, I had to wait about 12hours or more, lol basically i went to sleep and the other they the credits were there.
    I was charged for the donation although i didn't have the credits that time, if the ship sinks you can always call the bank and settle it the other way so no worries =)

    You're better off contacting your bank & the donation service (super rewards/payment wall) first.

    It says that transaction was successful and all that. So I'm not sure, and i think Super Rewards is acting weird. I've tried donating again but i don't see any options to donate.

    Yeah true, Super Rewards has been weird for me too. But!, i've got my credits after all.
