Credits still not appearing to my account

    Hi,


    Good Day!


    I donated last night via Payment Wall using my Mobile Phone. First attempt I donated and succeed. Second Attempt to donate failed. The credits is still not appearing to my account, but my load from second attempt is gone already.


    Looking forward for Response.

    You need to contact PaymentWall's support and have them look into it, they're holding your funds. Nothing we can do about that on our end.

    There's a "Missing Credits?" link on our PaymentWall donation page or you can go to the PaymentWall site and contact their support that way.
