    Today is the second week since I donated and I have to say never will I do it again. Since I donated I have not gotten my credits yet till now. I tried everything, I have sent email to gamezadmin and I even created and inquiry in the paymentwall but it seems that all that I'm getting from them is the bs be patient and we will get to you soon. Since I was gonna use those credits for the christmas shop, I now have given up on that and just want to get my credits. But I guess no one really cares. If anyone can help me solve this problem I would really appreciate it.

    Got the same problem but no one seems to give a crap and help us who spent some money. I wonder how are the ones that aren't spending money in this game getting their help or if they're getting any...

    sometimes using paymentwall sucks cuz you get into a wait time that takes around 3 days to be clear by paymentwall service been there done that.

    But mine is been going for 2 weeks now and it is really frustrating the hell out of me.

    I'm not entirely sure what you intended to accomplish by posting a demanding thread here.

    Missing credits means the company you donated through, in this case PaymentWall, has not released your funds to us.

    There is absolutely zilch we can do about that - you need to be patient and contact PaymentWall and request them to look into it. Their anti-fraud systems are quite strict, otherwise they'd be losing massive amounts of money, so it may take some time. If you haven't received a response in 3-4 working days (as seems to be the case) you might want to send another ticket in.

    A heavy majority of users receive their credits within five minutes according to our logs however some who donate large amounts or engage in some suspicious activity (changing ips, donating for friends, etc) will raise red flags with PW.

    I do appreciate the fact that it can be frustrating however unfortunately it's totally out of our hands. You're venting your frustration in the wrong direction.
