Missing items acquired by vote system

I have vote over some days until I could get Archon Brigade General's Earring (1000 credits) for my char...So far so good...But after purchase the item,it have not appeared in any of my character's inventory or warehouse,or in-game e-mail !

After the purchase,I just logged the character after one or two days.

The purchase was made on the website, but nothing appeared on the day I have logged!

HELP ME!!!!

 

so basically it doesnt appear in the purchasing history?

 

could u tell us the exact steps u took to purchase it?

in order for the item to appear, u have to be logged out of the game for a few minutes, buy it on the website, then login few minutes after that

if u were logged in while buying it, the server was down or didnt login to check the item and the server restarted be4 the first time u went to check, the item will not be there

 

I have voted and click in purchase in other PC ,that AION are not installed,just today that i have logged after purchase (2 or 1 day ago).

And it have dont appeard in my inventory or of any of my character,also in the warehouse.Where can i see the purchase history?

 

I will check again ,and if nothing have appear i will post here.
