Can not play the game !!! plz help !!!

    Hi all and GM,

    I have played this server nearly a year ago. But recently, when I press the launcher and press 'Start', nothing happened. no game screen appeared and no any window appear saying what wrong with that. Just nothing. I have followed the FAQ solution, nothing happen still. Also i try to remove the client and everything and redownload again, nothing happen. However, the offical client works with official launcher, login screen appears. and other private server works too. I don't know what happen about this server launcher, but i do want to play this server since I like it. I don't know what to do to solve it. So I hope GM and other gamers can help me to solve this problem. thx a lot!!!!

    Neliel I have already installed .NET Framework verison 4 extended and the x fire is the lastest, do i need still download the link u give to me ???

    Also i have repaired the .NET Framework and restart but it doesn't help .......

    Run in Admin mode... try it. Or Run it first in compatability mode... well i dont know what operating system youre using...

    Open NCsoft as administrator and repair you client.

    it could be a directx issue, what version are u running? u need directx9 and .NET framework 4

    ugh another thing , try to close ur antivirus or allow gamez launcher to trusted files
    and in case u use IObit Malware Fighter , close it

    Check to make sure aion.bin isn't running in your background already via the task control (control + alt + delete, then task manager)

    If its not, I would recommend downloading the .BAT launcher from our website to use. If aion.bin is running, then simply close it and try again.

    same here . stuck at character screen . works fine on retail .

    works fine a few hours a go . then suddenly games stop working .

    I'm having problems as well But it tells me that I need to download the Directx from after 2008... This laptop is BRAND NEW and has the most recent version of all the drives required and such and I refuse to Lower the DirectX Because My main game is WoW

    my issue is once i click start it pauses for a minute and then i get an Error saying "this game is not available in your country"
