Question about the Gamez Aion Launcher

Is it supposed to downlaod something when i start it up in my Aion folder?

because i still see the official "Announcements" from the real Aion.

it doesnt matter what u see, the client is the retail client afterall so its of no surprise that it comes with the retail news feed, what truly matters is the IP u connect to and the launcher changes it from the retail one to ours. dont worry bout the news feed, we just dont have 1 of our own (some other private servers replace it with theirs, we could too if they made one)

some people that came here after playing a different private server kept the newsfeed of that private server even though they play on this one, its just that gamez doesnt touch it

just make sure u run the game from the gamez launcher and not ncsoft one. if u still have issues connecting u can try the bat launcher, works the same way

just paste it to ur aion folder and run it, anyways dont think ull need it

yea, if u goto ur ncsoft launcher options, check the region settings, if it says europe switch to north america, then right click aion in the games list on the side and click repair, it will repair to the US client
