If you ever have a problem when you first install the launcher and it will not open the problem is most likely Verdana font related. You will want to open NCApplicationLog in the NC Soft folder on your hard drive. The report will look like this

Near the bottom you will see Message: Font 'Verdana' does not support style 'Regular'.

The fix for this problem is simple
what you need to do is hit the Windows icon (bottom left-hand corner of the screen or the Windows symbol button on your keyboard) and type in c:\Windows\Fonts\Verdana.ttf (you may need to change part of that if your Fonts folder is in a different place).A window will pop up for Arial OpenType with two buttons at the top: Print and Install. Hit Install. Once that is done your launcher should open with no problems at all.

I hope i posted this in the correct place if not i appologize.
