Simple Suggestion to increase balance

Just offering some suggestion to increase excitement for this server :kewl:

Disable free flight.
Being constantly gank by groups of 55s in low level area is not ethical especially at the spawn...I know there is no rules about it but it's pretty dumb that they can just fly away from the guards and dragging them out when your not really suppose to.

Also, I see a lot of people miss ground PVP anyways so that will add some new excitement to this server as flying PVP gets pretty boring and somewhat an unfair advantage. I know if you are a "Skilled" Assassin you wouldn't complained about this right? Assassin are basically made for ganking but better at it in ground PVP.

It doesn't necessarily have to be all the locations just mostly retail areas and rift location, so rifters don't preflight to a no-fly zones.

Enable Stigma Stones.
This one is obvious... it prevents Overpower class such as Sorcerer, Rangers, Cleric, and whatever class from having a bunch of skills. This will also create a more of a strategy built class then just having everything in the palm of your hands. Plus I think the Stigma's skills are working correctly in up-to-date Aion Unique Emulator.

Not a suggestion but Fix the obelisk in Kishar Observation Post on Eylos side near Dark Poeta Artifact. Asmo has Hoarfrost Shelter area that is working and their Artifact is walking distance compare to Eylos flight distance from Heiron. Elyos side has a MORE difficult time to run DP instance than Asmo side. Can't be that hard to fix right?

It is my first post...so don't flame me because IT IS A SUGGESTION thread but I've been on the Forum without an Account for some time and seeing that there is a bunch of dumbass who will call me a noob anyways.

You have some good ideas, but they will never be implemented here. This server was designed to be wide open per se.

I'd like a count on active Elyos vs active Asmo on the server because I'd swear its a 2-1 or even 3-1 Elyos over Asmo toons running around. Not too balanced.

If you want try server without giving all skills, with more challenge, try crystal aion?

 

I think the server is perfect the way it is.. If you don't just practise until you like it like i did O-o

On my opinion the server its perfect atm , it some bugs and stuffs but GMs are working on them

I read that ground PvP thread, just wanted to offer my own opinion and ideas on this thread instead of replying hehe.

I like this server too because of the RATES so I can try things faster and try out all the classes. Crystal Aion...ehh mind as well play retail Cause I played it for 6 months I play with a group of friends we didn't get really serious but we did get like one lvl50 character(before 1.9). so yeaa...dont tell me to go play retail again XD.

MyTime: by practice you mean abuse/"get better" at OP classes in this server...easy...with my limited equipments I do fine but not against a flying herd.

 

your ideas are pretty good, and more than half of this server would support you, but some ppl prefers to gank weak ppl and fly all the time in a dreamland, that obviusly is more easy, about crystal server, its pretty dead, if i wanted a low rate id play retail hehe, we jsut want pvp

so i still ask again to a dev, if ppl likes fly pvp, they got ALL MAPS to fly, but if the another half of the server likes ground pvp, what they got? nothing lol, what about sharing the system?

 

All your ideas have been discussed and shot down multiple times before. This server will always be free fly. This server will always have all stigmas. (And I don't think they can even be removed after everyone got em all anyhow.)

 

Sigh this was exactly what the low rate was made for: stigma system and free-fly. Sorry, this server's not meant to be like that. Many threads about this already.

 

why they dont dont make another server hi rate for normal aion then? crystal is boring, i prefer retail as i said then, also crystal is desert.

 

Hmm that is a good question...if the Stigma is enable in this server, will the skill be reseted in a way?

I also didn't say all locations should be ground pvp just SOME.
I'd like it if it be the rift locations like mainly Heiron, Beluslan, Morheim, and Eltnen.

Theobomos and Brusthonin will be Free flight everywhere.

Well if rift locations stays unrestricted, I'd like to support this more than ever.

 

i think they just need to make custom map for ground pvp who ever want to do ground pvp can go there

 

thats the idea, just the rift maps, the other ones should be free to fly as at this moment, we just want rift locations for some ground pvp
if gms dont want to take down all the flying in rift, what about like sharing the month half by half ground/freefly ?
so who doesnt likes fly, can have some fun too (and when i say about who doesnt like to fly, i meant alot of ppl, as u can see i think at least half of ppl playing on server would love to see ground pvp in rifts...

Well,you have suggested some nice thinks. About stigma stones?? If they enable them half of people playing on that server will leave it .There are not OP classes because , very simply all classes have all of their skills .

 

If you want to make this server like retail then why dont you just go play retail?

 

If you want free flight disabled, and stigma systems enabled, it's easy, just play crystal.
