Legion Promotion Problem

So after looking through about 8 pages of legion questions I did not find anything similar to my problem. Toon 1 and 2 are my toons on my account... I created a legion on toon 1. Toon 1 transferred Brigade General to my boyfriend's toon. The boyfriend's toon then transferred Brigade General to toon 2. Today I removed toon 1 from the legion and am planning to delete her. I logged onto toon 2 today and she is now a Legionary. Last legion event has toon 2 getting promoted to Brigade General. So now there is no Brigade General in the legion .. is there anyway this can be fixed?

 

*bump* I've tried contacting GM's in game with no response.

 

There is solution all leave legion and recreate nothing there else can be done about it.(without proper server access)
