Hi this week I have been trying to log in to my forum account and for some reason even if the username and account password is correct, it still wont allow me to log in. Any idea on how to fix that?

No I'm pretty sure I was not banned because the last time that I was able to join with my account there was no problem that occurred that would lead me to be banned.

 

then what does it write when you try to log in?

 

Well its says this;

You have entered an invalid username or password. Please enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

You have used 3 out of 5 login attempts. After all 5 have been used, you will be unable to login for 15 minutes.

but I'm pretty sure the username and password that I type in is correct, since I have been using it since the first time I join forums.

 

probably has something to do with some special characters in them.

 

few months ago administration changed passwords for every user due to some forum issues. if you have not logged into your old account for more then maybe 5-6 months, check your e-mail in any case

 

Well the way I log in is I just have to click the password bar since the password is save onto my google chrome, so I dont have to type it when I log in. Would that be a problem?

I dont know what happened to your account but the only solution that I think of and really help you is to contact our forum administrator which is Lautaro and kindly give him the full details of your problem by means of private message.
