Connecting to the server

    Good day Admins, AMs i got this problem connecting to your servers

    when i open my GA launcher Server Status is always on Contacting but on my brothers pc (we share our isp) his launcher and game works as it should but on my pc, when i launch aion using GA launcher, when i put my login infos it will hang like for 30s and a message shows that it failed to authenticate to the server or something like that.

    thats all, i hope you can help me ASAP :) thanks in advance

    afaik the server is down atm right? but its happening before the server is down and as I said my brother can play while i cant
