and i have questions about in game. I need help.

1. I am planning to create An assassin character. but i saw some threads that they said assassins are nerf here in Gamezaion. Is it true?

2. Whats the good ping for a good assassins? I'm from Philippines and i saw some of cafe's here have Gamezaion, got 300 ~ 500 ping. (without ping reducer) is it okay to assassin class?

3. About my Laptop specs. I have Core i3 (2nd generation) 2310M CPU @ 2.1GHz (4CPUs), ~ 2.1GHz
~ 2GB RAM DDR3
~ GeForce GT 520M Approx. Total Memory: 1750 MB
~ OS: Windows 7 ultimate 64bit.
What can u say about my LP specs.
