region and update problems

hi....i have a problem every time i iniciate the game for first time after i turn on my computer, it says that the program its not avaliable in my country, and i need to update every time i want to play, this means that if i want to play 3 times a day, i need to update 3 times...and im getting bored of this, could u tell me what the problem is please......i forgot to say that the update is for the english language it says........helo please i will apreciatte inched:

 

maybe your computer is on deep freeze. try turning off deepfreeze first den after u finish update.. restart it
