Grey Screen At Log-In? :/

Hello all!

I get this weird screen when the game loads:
(yup...just all grey. Though, I still have a clicker arrow on my screen)


When I was on yesterday, it got stuck and I couldn't Alt-Tab out of it, and I was in a rush so I just closed my laptop.
When I opened it the next day, the game was off, and I went in to play, and this weird grey screen appeared.

Any ideas? Do I need to re-install the whole game NCSoft game launcher from scratch?

Try repairing your client before you reinstall.

 

Repairing? How do I do that?

 

open ncsoft launcher, right click aion in the games list and repair

yea its likely some of the files got corrupt

btw if by "closed" ur laptop u mean u just put it to sleep then a simple restart might fix it too
