GM please help i cant access to gamezaion.com and ingame:(

I've got a screenshot to show you whats my problem and i think others too. I've encounter this problem, i think Jan 21, 2012. i was playing at that day and i have to go afk, so i leave my character for a while and then when i came back, i got DC and cant access to the game and to the site. So, i thought that gamezaion are having a maintenance at that time. And after a day, i really cant access to gamezaion site and ingame...( sorry for my bad english.

Please help ASAP!!

 

there were people reporting the same problem. well, you can wait for gm's to reply i suppose.

i've check the firewall(switched it off) but it nothing happens.

u can collect relevant info u have in common country, ISP, browsers, antivirus programs etc, makes it easier to isolate the issue

 

anyone from philippines who had same problem... i dont know if this is a problem on the ISP side.. anyway my ISP is Globe...any Pinoys out there who use Globe?

dont know if this has something to do with antivirus since my pc use free downloads from bitdefender, mcafee, and avast... the laptop(from my siblings) use Norton(purchased).

speaking of browser.. firefox and google chrome can't connect..
and its kinda odd that the blackberry phone(from my siblings) that is connected to our wifi can connect to gamezaion... it uses opera mini browser..

 

can try install opera on ur pc anyways its most likely coz its a different type of device. its most likely not an antivirus issue either. if both the laptop and the pc cant connect then it could be something with the net. there was an issue like this once in the past btw (also mostly people from Philippines reporting this)

btw just out of curiosity, try both of these links, there was a similar issue with the site when they moved to a new host coz there r 2 forms of the same link and 1 didnt work for some people. anyways it still doesnt address the server connection issue

same here.. and it's not just Globe, i got PLDT as my ISP, and for weeks i haven't been able to access neither gamez site/server and the Forums too.. it's a good thing i can access Forums now. i really wanna know whats going on.

that's a pic i took just now @ home.. and I'm using smart broadband, i play at the cafe and it has PLDT as ISP and it's just same i can't access gamez site and server.. so whats wrong? i need help
