couldnt make a 1st time log in!

    hi, i have just registered an account and i wanted to log in to Gamez Aion for the 1st time.
    however i it say that my username and password is incorrect [2].

    can anyone please help me?

    yes i did! i used everything that was told from the gamezaion site. but still couldnt make the 1st log in. =(
