I cant delete my character!

Hi, i want to delete my ranger Exeflia but when i write "Confirm Elimination" nothing happens! i have my full account and i cant delete another character, why i cant? can i ask a Gm to delete the character for me?
Also my character has no legion and not a single item in his inventory

 

Same problem with me...any solution? =P

 

come on a gm that can give a solution? gms are here to help us...

 

To delete a character:

1.) make sure it has 0 kinah on it
2.) make sure the character has empty ware house
3.) make sure the character has no gear/equip/items on
4.) make sure your cube is empty
5.) make sure you are not joined in a legion

once step 1 through 5 is complete, wait 30 mins, then try to delete.

 

Or just leave legion, log out, press delete, Type Confirm Delete. And Then wait 5 min and char is gone.

Your character has to be completely stripped on this server, for deletion to work. At least, that has been my experience with this issue.

 

Last time i deleted a char i got like tons of stuff in it so or it just got bugged after that or it still works.( this was about 3 or 4 months ago)
