Question about //givemissingskills

Does it matter when you do the //givemissingskills ?

IE i have two characters one of them is a 55 mage that i didn't do //givemissingskills untill recently . (Didn't know about it)

So my question is. Is my mage gimped because i didn't do it at the start? He has a lot of skills that are low level. only a couple that are level 5.

also does it matter if we do the campaign quests? Is it something that we should do?

 

Nothing matters.

But if you just created your character recently, you wont get your stigma skills..

 

//givemissingskills should work when ever you do it. I for once did it first time when was lvl 55 wel i can say you get a list. And there are just 4 campaign quest needed so doesn't matter.
