    Hi!
    I've done everything    as it should be: created my Account, received a letter confirming, Installed Aion using the NCSoft Launcher & Gamez Aion Launcher but when trying login Aion i get: ID or password does not match.
    (On site password & id accept ok). Tried many times- language, keyboard- all ok. Need help!

    made a new account and it worked! maybe it's because of the character in account...

    1. dont use special characters in ur username or password, they get screwed up in the database
    2. make sure u run the game using the gamez aion launcher and not the ncsoft launcher, otherwise ur trying to login to retail
    3. try this bat launcher, put it in ur aion folder and run GamezAion.bat

    thanks man!!i manage to log in! but got another prob..its says "No game server is available to the authorization server."
