lost all abg gears all cash shop items please help gm

hi, i quited this game a while and log in again and see i only have 1 character left my main HatedSoul but i lost all gears on him. i had nearly full ABG with fused Wweapon to +15 .. is this because i didnt log in enough or how can this be ?? and if so can i get it restored??
i play Siel Server my main name is HatedSoul thank u i hope i get an reply i wanted to start to play again

if your account is inactive for more than 6 months then I guess thats it.

 

U might better have screenshots as proofs, or they won't return you anything.. sad but true (no proof, no items)

And so far i know, they deleted all accounts which where 7 months inactiv or longer.

As i can see, you still got your account which means someone logged into your account and took the items off.. maybe a friend of you to who you gave you account id / password what you should never do.

Hope you can refound some items.

2nd u most likely logged into the wrong server as they dont delete characters for inactivity but entire accounts

 

I did check though, and your account is there.

No your gear is gone, however. With-out proof of it being there in the first place.
I don't think there is much we can do for you.

You can however contact Bryne and go from there.

Not true. We do, you just need to have proof.

Trust me, I know we do if there is good enough evidence to support the claim and we can verify this that the other thing and the kitchen sink to boot.

No matter what its your fault... even if you didn't click suspicious links, didn't give out your pass, etc. Cut your losses and start again. Sorry dude.
