MASTARIUS-ABG or ABG-MASTARIUS

Hello,

Sorry to tell you this again, but I'm an old player that has just returned but it's not the same game anymore so I have to ask a lot of questions for me to understand. I also don't have a legion yet, so I can't ask them.

This is about my weapon, which is a Enrages Mastarius Spear (primary) fused with a Archon Brigade Spear (secondary).

I was looking at the stats today and I can't seem to understand why my old legion had told me to make the Mastarius primary and the ABG secondary.

Here are both weapons:



The bottom stats are added up, so they don't matter, but only the primary stats of one weapon is used, of course.
So why did I have to make the Mastarius primary if the main stats are better on the ABG? Did the stats perhaps change?

Aye sir, the stats did change. Before masta used to be better on top indeed, but the stats of abg weapons got boosted up, i don't recall in which patch that was though.

If u are an old player then u have to remember that in 2.1/1.9 Masta was better than ABG [in weapon stats]

Thats why they told u dat.

In 2.5 ABG was added to retail and updated, so now ABG its better than Mastarius.

 

stats changed.. if i knew i would never make that mistake xD
