Crafting Question: Weaponsmithing

I finished leveling my weaponsmithing, but I cannot buy balic designs for wise dragon weapons, because it needed Hot balaur heart to buy them.. But i cant seem to find the mobs in reshanta that drops them.

How can I have the designs I needed? or How can I get Hot balaur hearts?

*Ive tried database too, but nothing.

it needs 60 and above hot balaur hearts to buy the designs..so i seriously need a lift and give me information on how to get hot balaur hearts faster or how to buy/get balic designs for wise dragon in a different way?

I dont think there is another way to get them, unless you get them off broker?? and as far as i know all the balaur in the upper abyss drop the hearts, least they should.

You could always try going dp, draupnier (asmo) or the upper fort instances, sure you can solo a few mobs to get the hearts if there dropping only ever seen burning ones from ign/gelk personally..

Have u tried one mob in inggison.?
The one called barasa legion or somethng ...u can solo them cuz they r weak.k..
