    I know there's a NPC ingelk that sells Master Carved designs and i already saw the location in AionDatabase but when i get there i can't see him, he was killed off?

    Well as far as I know the lil shugo man is a random spwn least retail comes and goes when he pleases :D dont know about here cant you just buy them?? from the craft npcs in abys no idea not tried carved yet..

    Some of the players on Crystal told me the npcs in Terminon/Primum dont carry all the MC recipes so I did some research on those shugos. Found out they dont randomly spawn on Crystal. I dont know about Gamez though. I just ended up spawning them for the players.
