    i did not get something wrong why my ip gets banned please help me

    Unable to enter due to IP is not always a ban... it could be your anti-virus, or firewall that is blocking your IP from connecting also... but it's most likely a ban ><;;

    Im actually having the same issue.
    However when I attempt to login, i enter my username and password and hit "OK", but from then on nothing loads.
    I started playing on this server last night. If that matters at all.

    It basically just sits at the login screen and will not move any further.

    Im sure a solution to Jhaimie's problem will solve mine as well.

    Any other help is greatly appreciated.

    Ok I solved my problem, just needed to re download the Launcher.
    Worked like a charm.
    You should give that a try Jhaimie, might solve your problem.

    Yeah me too jhaime and me are playing at the same internet cafe and we cannot log in and this is the only internet cafe that we can play gamez aion coz other shop cant play aion

    Just a thought. But your internet cafe has a wireless router, meaning your internet cafe has a firewall for said router.
    Whoever is in charge at the Cafe may have disabled you from connecting to Aion with their router, whether it be intentionally or accidentally.
