NEED HELP!! Fps really low :(

I have only been getting around 5-15fps in aion, and it is making the game in playable. The computer I'm playing on has intel i7 2.6ghz, 8gb ddr3 ram, 7200rpm hard drive, and a nvidia gtx 560m 3gb. So there should be any reason to be getting such low fps in game. I have made sure my driver were up to date and I ran the repair on the game filesand nothing chang. Can anyone help me get my fps back to were it should be.

 

This guide helped me out ALOT, It made my FPS jump from the high 30's to 60 solid, I really recommend this for everyone who has loading or graphical issues ingame.

BUT, If you do the entire guide, Id recommend you skip the ingame command prompt, Dosent work. And no sense of using it.
