Big Donation Problem v2

i donated via p@ymentwall like 3,4 weeks ago and my payment was declined idk why.. then my coins are with - . so after i donated like 300$ on this game i can't get the staff members help. they don't give a shit! CLICK4PHOTO I NEED MY COINS 1,000 coins paid after that WITH MY PHONE

it's most likely the *********** system declined your donation and not Gamez. So basically, Gamez has nothing to do with, you'll have to seek support from ***********, since they're the first receiver of any donation i suppose.

 

Not really sure why your complaining about something that says canceled and refunded though.

Meaning that the donation was...well. Canceled and Refunded by the service you used. Also, with that it would mean you would need to re-donate that amount to acquire the credits. Considering. That, yea....you would basically be getting the bonus for donating for free?

The, negative credits I'll forward Alente / Carl a note to look into it for you. Kinda yea. Silly for negative credits.

But, the donation issue itself is with Pay.ment wallet X.X They tend to like to make sure you are you, and put wierd holds on things.
