check ur task manager (processes tab), if u see aion.bin kill it, if u opened the file by anything then close the process, sometimes it is used by windows/google search indexer process, u can kill that too

otherwise a simple PC restart makes sure no process is using it and ull be fine. up to u restart might be easier

More stuff I don't understand:

 

i need more detail, like when is this happening, what file is it talking about etc. it sounds like its trying to overwrite an exisiting file but failing

be as specific as u can please

 

It doesn't say, it just says what it states above and then says "View Log"

 

I turned off the UAC recently so I'm going to restart the comp and try the reinstall again after I get back from it.

So sleepy Z.z

 

if u turned off the UAC then u can right click -> repair the client from ur ncsoft launcher after u restart ur pc

i also suggest u try right click the ncsoft launcher icon and run it as administrator, then everything should work
