Problem With Logging Into Server

    So I JUST registered today and JUST installed the game/GamezAION, and when I get on, already I have problems. First, when it goes to the NCSoft screen it freezes for like a minute, then when I'm able to choose my server to log in, it freezes. I wait like 10 minutes and nothing happens. Ran it as administrator, everything. What am I doing wrong?

    u r not doing anything wrong, retail updated to 2.7.0.2 like 2 days ago and gamez doesnt support it. follow this guide to get back to 2.7.0.1, then itll work

    the loading time (ncsoft black screen) is normal, thats what happens when u load a 18gb game :p
