Failed to Transfer

Yesterday a made a trasfer from server lumiel to suiel and when i come bach after very hours my character continues in the server lumiel what's happened?
I pay and i want that my character move to server that i sent.

 

Anyone can help?

 

Your credits should of been refunded automatically if the transfer failed then you are free to try again. Make sure that you leave your legion before you start the transfer and do NOT log on the account for any reason until the transfer is fully complete (within 10mns) .

 

Yes i did all that asks me to do.
But still i cant move to another server.
I haven't anithing in the broker im not in any legion and i don't log in my account and it says for more than 4 hours that i have an active transfer but don't happened anything

 

Guys please i can't move whats happened?
It always said that i have a player transferion active

 

there is an edit button instead of double posting every time you post >.> and i dunno if this is still the case but at one point siel to lumiel worked but lumiel to siel was broken

 

If your trying to transfer over a full warehouse of stuff, clear some of it out. That seems to cause an issue with transfers for some reason.

I'll log in the CP and see if there are any transfers awaiting a refund too.

Transfer to Siel refunded, not sure if it is yours or not though.

 

I still can't transfer the same problem.I already do this for the third time and nathing.i do all that says for i can transfer but it still says the same player transfer in progress ana don't happened anithing only stays many hours with this and than i receive again the credits and i stay in the same server.


Guys please what's happened i want to move to ciel and nathing happened.
