I buy skin remodels, when you checked it from the guy who sell it seems normal after I purchased the item and check the item again its just a trash items I just

it's the fault of the private store, if you put them in and buy them from there - the remodel is removed.
so rather buy via trade or not at all.

 

Private stores have a bug. They happen to be removing remodels on them.

Its a known bug and it is being looked into, for the moment being it is advised not sell or purchase remodeled items from personal stores.
