Anyway the reason why i get 3k AP is because the AP rank was reseted so everyone went back to soldier 9, so now we get low AP from killing people. Oh and whats on my skill bar? hehe its a secret

high ranking doesnt really matter. As long as you have decent skills and play 24/7 ull be in the top.
