error loading

    i reinstalled ncsoft and gamezaion and it wont continue loading but the ncsoft aion is working
    dont have any idea how to fix it if anyone kindly help

    problem is it doesnt load wen i click gamez launcher...i already did downgrade the client but still it wont reload at all
