Game Load Problem

Hi Everyone maybe someone can help me? I Updated my client and Gamez aion Launcher. NC soft is in North America.
I click the Launcher and game Launches. I see NC Soft Black Screen, Then i see a Female Character. Then appears a Log in Screen. I then Proceed to Log in. I press enter, the Rules page comes up i Press Accept and then that's it. Nothing else happens. It continues to play song and play that initial movie background behind the log in dialogue box but no Character Selection screen appears. Has any one ran into this problem before or helped any one. Any suggestions would help.

like a ton of people these past 2 days retail went 2.7.0.2 and its not supported here, ull have to downgrade
