Holds up hand sheepishly, need a little help again

Ok, so i did something stupid the other night in my half asleep/wake state. I accidently abandoned the Master quest for the EssenceTapping. Im at 499 and it wont let me take the quest again, which i was lead to believe you could. I searched the w/h & inventory for the ring you get with quest and couldnt find it. I cant recollect npc'ing it but hey i play well into the 5/6/7am UK time so alot can happen.

My question is, what can i do about gettin that quest back, am i wrong in assuming you can abandon quests to retake later? I tried shouting in game both to players and for an available GM/Admin ( there was one on last night but got no response).
I notice that alot, ppl dont talk in game, its all WTT <this item> for <that item>... not very sociable. Along with the random whispers of "want go BT, ready now?" I sit here thinking.. what the hell is BT?? God im such a noob in this game.

So anyway back to the point of the post, should i be able to retake the quest so i can master the essence tapping or am i basically screwed.

 

quests that can be abandoned always can be retaken, and Im not so sure if u even need to finish it. It should just cost you kinah to upgrade them on the master of that profession.

 

When i select the npc, it says i cant upgrade anymore until i have completed the Master Quest or something. Was supposed to get certain diamonds etc. But the npc that is supposed to give it to me doesnt have the quest anymore. You can only buy/sell stuff to him.

 

If it wont let you take the quest again and you need it to get to 500p, try shooting a pm to Bryne to let her know whats going on. She can raise your essencetapping by 1p. The skill number for essenctapping is 30002 in case she needs it. Let me know if you dont get this taken care of in a timely manner.

I'd pm her here on the forum with your char name so she knows and then pm her in game too when she is on so she can help you.

 

Just abandon the quest. You don't need it to upgrade to next level.
