Problem with Aion.

The error with Aion now is..

I have Windows7 Professional. I've repaired Aion, installed directx from web installer and from this link too [http/www.filehippo.com/es/download_directx/download/90ae8f5bd1652097a51c66a550abc588], installed NET.framework
3.1 - 3.1v2 and 4 from web installer, then when I open Aion that erros make screamD:

 

have u restarted ur pc after the directx install?

You repair your client. that means you have 2.7.0.2 version.

just follow the steps how to downgrade.

 

its still from directx then
try to run the game from ncsoft laucher see if it works , if not i suggest another repair . ncsoft should be downloading the right version of directx for ur pc
after that just downgrade using Smartiks guide

I have been reading and researching and found something weird, my folder [C:\Windows\System32\directx] is empty and think that it's the problem
Press Win key+R
Type "directx"
and tell me what you have in that.
Someone, please, help me._.

Just delete the bin32 folder and replace it with this one:
downgrade.zip

 

I did it, but it's not the problem, I think that Aion can't recognize the directx 'coz my folder [C:\Windows\System32\directx] is empty, and I don't know what the hell to do.

 

tbh that folder doesnt even exist on my system its not important. judging by ur post count u played aion be4. some games reconfigure directx so u gotta reinstall it again (guessing u did using that filehippo link).

btw the guy was right, the first downgrade can also cause this error coz the bin32 folder has directx related files that arent really compatible on all systems. after downgrading with the first fix, delete ur bin32 and use the 2nd one, that removes the directx error for most people

if that doesnt work, repair ur client again and run it (even as 2.7.0.2), if it runs u know the error was caused by the downgrade. then use the 3rd fix without deleting the bin32 folder, that should work

 

Yes, I've played aion before, I'm here since july 2010.. I did the 2nd fix, and now I can play, thanks:3.

PS: I thinked that the problem was the directx, but was an aion folder like u and the other guys said. ._.

 

the problem is d3dx9_38.dll and possibly XRenderD3D9.dll in the bin32 folder, they r the ones handling directx

 

i gree wit hguy who told its DX problem i got same error when i newly downloaded my client then i got lastest DX version and installed it after that RR PC and wuolaa im playing aion
