wrong item given Mastarius not ABG

I just buy a VIP account to buy a ABG boot for trade, i i exit and login the game told me my account was still premium, i log out again for the second time and it became VIP, them i buy the ABG boot login the game i get a nmastarius now my History in saying i buy mastarius please fix thix.

i look at it carefully i scroll down to ABG, it ask me to confirm ABG

 

definatly missclicked.... u wont get refound for sure since its your mistake....

 

please dont say things like that, i am 100% i scrolled down pass all the mastarius boots, and i confirm ABG, i screen size is 32In it's big letters, so i wont mis read

 

We, do not refund players for mistakes that they make when purchasing. As the system asks you to confirm the purchase and add the item twice to make sure you are getting the right thing.

Your screenshots show someone is VIP, not you though nor does that have any effect on what is purchased from the web shop, if the shop history is saying you bought Masta, then you bought Masta. That is your fault for not 100% making sure that you are buying what it is you want.

I am sorry but, there will be no refund on this.
