about character transfer please answer

    Hi guys, Is there a bug or problem with character transfer service? Like for example loosing your items in the toon inventory or loosing items in account warehouse?

    So far, I have successfully transferred a toon to Lumiel and back so Siel w/ no problems.

    I've transferred SEVERAL characters back and forth myself personally and never had that happen to me once.

    The very first time I lost manastones/godstones but, that was when it was still in testing before it was released to everyone.

    yep there was a guy 2d ago transferred from siel to lumiel, lost his abg plate chest and pants, turned it into l1 armors.
