    ok i have 1 group for abyssal splinter/ yammanese run
    were all vip. . . (asmo)
    i am the 1st to enter to abyssal splinter then my group mates. ..
    the problem we cant see each other but only our own character. . .

    but i have tried it on my character yesterday the its working but on elyos character


    -aw also i have tried to whisper gm on game but they are not responding-

    You need to be in an alliance not a group. Just convert to alliance and it should work. (although you may have to wait till the cooldown on the instance resets)
