    any1 can tell me why i cant use my Crucible Insignia(70110pcs) to buy Tac Officers weapon?

    You can purchase TAC NCO items, the Officer / Noble Tac are credit shop items and that is why you cannot purchase the Orange grade items from the npcs.

    You're not allowed to buy the weapons. It's locked, you need to buy them on item shop.
