credit issue

I dont know where else to put this,
I just donated and when I selected my reward (ABG vambrance) I only clicked the button once, and I know that it should have only given me one because of the 1 minute delay but when I logged into my account in game I had two vambrances and it had removed 4k credits instead of just the 2k I asked for. Is there any way this can be fixed? I realize that you dont fix user errors, but this was not a user error.

 

screenshot ur purchase history on the website and post it here, will make it easier for them (it shows time as well, if its the same time, same item they will give it back to u)

they can also try replicate it since its the website, i could see how that could happen

 

here is my history, I see it says four minutes, but Unless my internet(currently tethered on my phone so rather slow) sent the request 2 times in a row and then made me wait because I had to wait a minute after clicking to get the breeches I dont know what happened. I am an honest person, I wouldnt try to cheat the or cover up my mistake by blaming the server. If there is nothing that can be done I guess I will have to wait until I can get some more money to go vip to try and trade it off.

 

Any offical response to my issue?

 

Um. I question why there is a 4 minute lapse between the supposed double item / -4k credits.

Only way that would happen is if you bought the same item twice. At a different time.
Also, on the logs it shows the same thing. So. We can kinda say this one is your fault.

If it was the system the time of purchase would have been the same.
