You are already logged in

Hello. I got a prolbme with logging in to the server. When i type my account info it says : You are already logged in (7). I click enter and type my account info again. It enters my account but when it reaches character selection-nothing. No characters, nothing. The game is not freezing, it's just not showing me any characters. That's happening on all of my accounts.
If someone can help me, i will be greatfull

 

open task manager and kill the process Aion.bin (while ur logging in) then re-open your client and log in again.
if that doesn't help send a Unstuck request by logging in on the website.

 

do u get all the way to the actual character selection? (as in u get the option to make a new one etc even if ur not seeing any) or does it just show animating background with nothing else

if its just an animating background, check ur client version. if its 2.7.0.2 ull have to downgrade

 

I don't know about you Smartik, but whenever I get the message You are already logged in (7), it appears after I type my login/pw and on the next window that annoying message appears, which make you to re-log. Usually it happens after a sudden crash of the game (it's recognized by the system as force log off).

 

Just an animated background. Nothing more.

 

As Smartik mentioned above, your client version might be 2.7.0.2 which is not working with Gamez server properly, since we are still on 2.7 flat

 

yea he pmed me that its 2.7.0.2, i thought its the same as what u said at first, however that one wouldnt let u login even if u tried the 2nd time coz the char is stuck online and takes 5 mins (or 10, not sure atm) for it to auto d/c be4 u can login again. also if it ever did, ud see all ur characters

at the same time, he said it does it for all his accounts, that was suspicious. all accounts dont get stuck at the same time

 

That happens to me all the time.I kinda got used to it^^

 

@Frenemy did they re-enable force logoff again? it was disabled last i remember so people had to wait for that automatic disconnect due to lack of user input. was a pain

nah his version is too new so the char selection doesnt even load, hes stuck just before it if his chars were deleted, he would still see the buttons (start/create new char/delete/quit etc) but he doesnt have even that

edit: apparently siel crashed 20 mins ago and is still down btw so dont bother testing till its up

 

I are not sure. The last time my game crashed (last weekend) I was so annoyed that I didn't even have the will log in back. Honestly, the last time I encountered the last crash (before last weekend) it was like two ot three weeks ago when my fail router lost its wi-fi signal and I had the same old msg (7).
