Downloader keeps restarting?

Hi all i'm in a little trouble. I'm currently trying to download Aion with the NCsoft launcher. It downloads and it gets up to around 95% and then it starts the whole thing again from 0%! I've tried downloading it a few times but it's still not working ):
I've disabled my firewalls but it's still not installing... what should I do?

Btw: I used to play gamezaion but then I stopped and uninstalled it. Dunno if it helps though. I also tried the repair feature but that didn't work.

if you still are having problems, try reinstalling the ncsoft launcher.

 

dont worrie remove bin32 folder and restart it could be a problem from ncsoft too they have this isseu allready 2 years
i had a friend on retail that installed it with discs and needed to download patches took him 2 weeks lol and nc soft couldnt do shit about it
anyways give it time i think people are downloaded Guildwars 2 beta client also since it wil start soon!

 

I've tried the links in the previous post. I downloaded an earlier version of Aion and tried to update it with the NCSoft launcher but whenever it tries to update "current file 2/5 Aion_Main_2.1.0.12To2.6.0.4.ncpatch" it always restarts once it's finished.
