Problems connecting

I need help
I am trying to connect my game and when the screen opens the follow message comes
This program is unavailable in your country.

Why is this happening I was playing two days ago and I just bought a ew and better computer and when I installed the game this happens.... can anyone help me?

This program is unavailable in your country

1. Run ncsoft launcher -> file -> settings -> advanced -> set region to north america -> ok -> right click aion in the ncsoft launcher games list -> repair
2. Right click gamez/crystal launcher and run as administrator
3. Some say reinstalling the whole client fixes it
