is true that the aion accounts are deleted for inactivity?
how long it would be for the deletion?

 

7 month old account.. let me guess your inactive account with anuhart gear got deleted?

 

if i'm right it happened one time in the past and those acc were deleted which was inactiv for 6 month

they will only be deleted if your account is inactive for a few months dunno how many but think it was 5 or 7 orso prob need to ask a am or any higher up to give you a number on that.

 

you are not wrong its true.. when they changed the servers core.. its been like 4 months or more since that i am not sure

just log in and check... if it got deleted then there is no way to take your abg back

 

Your account should be fine if it was only 4 months.


If your inactive for like 7 months or so we did clean up once. Not really sure if thats still going on but I would assume it is.
Also, if we cannot restore accounts deleted due to inactivity.

If you are recieving an ID / PW does not match error. It is due to either that, though you said 4 months, or you have an invalid character in your password.
