change - "Thanks" back to "Like"

    it's more generally acceptable either you will like it for something useful or liking the comment for spam or what not.

    I agree 100 times with this. I'm tired of being thanked for making fun of someone, and I seriously doubt anyone actually "thanks" someone for a funny post.

    i didn't even know there was a vote off...

    they should change it back to "Like". whoever voted "Thanks" should have thought about how this forum is being used for...

    this is not like answers.com.

    Better suggestion. Add a Like button in addition to the tank button. lol. Problem solved!

    [FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]vBulletin is not built for that, i recon it would take a lot of changes to accommodate both thanks and like.

    anyway, like what i originally posted... "Thanks" is rather very specific than "Like" which is more of everything.

    Like should be everywhere else.

    reputation is fine, but it's over the line... referring to the general use of the forum. but still wouldn't mind if they put them in place.

    I feel the same way as you do jj but never felt like making a thread about it i have a stack of complaint threads already made :D but yes i do find "like" more appealing than "thanks".
