Drop rates for weapon Skins

Hi,
First of all I'll post the link from wich I took the rates:
Zeldt - Aion Item - aiondatabase.com
Now I gathered this item for about 20 hours or so and the result are:
988 zeldt
278 Fresh zeldt
25 healing roots
After all my calculation, it should've droped at least 1 top item and 4 parts, but no luck so far (have premium rate also).
Now, my question is:
The rates are messed up or I just don't know how to calculate them?
BTW, if you think I lie, I did took some screenshots (but I'm too lazy to post them) and I will post them on request.

i fail to realize what zeldt has with weapon skins

 

its totally by luck,the rate is too low,keep trying and in 2 weeks im sure you ll get 1.

 

When you extract some materials you have a chance to drop rare weapons that are really cool for remo.

 

I have been farming for around 6 months,this is what i have got so far in my trade list here

Believe me, they don't look like food, just see one in AionDatabase."Makron's Hairpin" you get extracting drenite

 

First of all, thanks for answers to all here.
Second, I know how low the rates are (0,008% for top item), but not even a part?Think please about the fact that I calculated the rates at X1 not X150(premium drop rate).

 

Doesnt matter. i gather every day for the past 6 months. In 2-3 weeks you can get 1 if you gather few hours a day. One time i gathered 1 single plant and got memento. Just luck.

Premium rate or vip has nothing to do with gathering. It doesnt affect it.

VIP-Premium affects:

Hunting: XP+Drop rate
Gathering/crafting: XP

 

looks like a rose flower Makron's Hairpin gurlie gurl stuff....meh i hate remodels anyway
